Return and Refund Policy
- Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 16(d) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that are perishable or have a short shelf life (including fresh cheeses, cured meats, and products requiring a cold chain). For hygiene reasons, such products cannot be returned.
- Returns in Case of Damage, Defect or Error
We accept claims exclusively in the following cases: product damaged during transport, product defective or not matching the description, wrong product delivered, product expired at the time of receipt.
- How to Submit a Request
Within 3 days of receiving the parcel, contact us via the return request button in your personal account on our website, or by email at gustarivo@ultracert.it with photos of the product and packaging. Products sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
- Refund
After review — decision within 3 business days. If approved, refund within 10 business days via the same payment method.
