Appearance: Oily substance of a more or less intense yellow-green color.
Consistency: Liquid at 20°C.
Taste/smell: Characteristic, slightly fruity, free
from foreign, unpleasant tastes and smells and from defects of
any nature.
Durability: 24 months.

Garda PDO oil is the only extra virgin olive oil with PDO produced on the shores of Lake Garda, the oldest olive grove in northern Italy. Recognised in 1997 (Reg. EC No. 2325/97). Bresciano sub-zone: Casaliva, Frantoio and Leccino. Pressing within 24 hours of harvest. Result: light, fruity oil with notes of almond, artichoke and fresh grass.
